Today they've been working on the west gable where the roof overhangs -
see the supporting oak post and the oak beams sticking out halfway up
(they probably have a name. Are they purlins?):
the front gable - see the tall post to the right of the front door - there's another waiting to be fitted on the left. They have sawn tidy holes in the scaffolding to fit them in...
and the rear end of the garage which seems to be a relatively simple thing of a ladder each side...:
